Tired of Yelling Into the Void? Read This.

You’re not alone

You’re the kind of entrepreneur who loses sleep over ideas and lights up when you talk about what you’re building. Whether we’re catching up over coffee, cocktails, or a quick call, one question always comes up:

What should I actually be doing with my creative strategy

You’re not looking for a checklist. You want clarity. Substance. A way to show up that doesn’t feel like yelling into the void. Because here’s the truth. Everyone’s online, but not everyone’s cutting through. The digital space isn’t just noisy. It’s numbing. And you don’t just want to be visible anymore. You want to matter.

Here’s what I know you’re wrestling with, and what I’d recommend instead:

1. How do I actually stand out

It’s not about throwing glitter on the same tired message. It’s about saying something worth hearing. You’re done mimicking the market. You’re ready to sound like the brand people remember.

What to try Stop leading with what you do. Start with what you believe. Get specific. Get personal. Get to the point. Your values will stick longer than your features.

2. What platform deserves my energy

You’re over the idea of being everywhere all the time. You want to know where your people actually are and how to meet them there with something that feels intentional, not just another post for the algorithm.

What to tryPick two platforms. That’s it. Choose based on where your audience is already hanging out. Don’t guess. Ask them. Look at your data. Double down where the energy already exists.

3. How do I balance education and entertainment

Dry how tos aren’t it. But empty fluff doesn’t build trust either. You’re trying to deliver real value without losing attention. You want to be helpful and also worth watching.

What to tryMix your expertise with a story. Share your advice like you would at brunch with a friend. Keep it short, sharp, and a little spicy. Humor or a hot take never hurts.

4. Is brand voice really that important

Yes. Because sounding like everyone else is the fastest way to get ignored. The brands that are working right now feel like people. You want to sound like you, not a pitch deck.

What to tryWrite a post like you normally would. Then rewrite it like you’re texting your best friend. That version will probably sound a lot more like your real brand voice.

5. How do I stay relevant without selling my soul to trends

Trends come and go. Fast. Too fast to build anything lasting. You’re not scared of change. You just don’t want to lose your message in the scroll.

What to try Use trends like seasoning, not the whole meal. Stick to your message. Only jump on what aligns with what you already care about.

If this sounds like where you're at, good. You're not lost. You're asking the right questions.
